Rue du Congrès is an elegant, recently refurbished apartment, situated in the "Carre d´Or", the sought after residential area in the very heart of Nice. At the end of the street, you catch a glimpse of the Mediterranean. The beach is about 5 minutes away, as well as the pedestrian street and all the exclusive shops and restaurants.
The apartment is on the first floor of the building, i.e. you take the lift to the first stop. Look out the living room window, and you will see the street and - in the distance - the the sea. Across the street is a traditional "bourgeois" apartment building, in the typical nicois style. The apartment is situated on a corner, so there is light coming in from two sides - two French windows are in the living/dining room, and two in the bedroom and the stylish bathroom.
The living room, with a marble floor, is furnished with an elegant leather sofa, and a modern dining table with leather chairs. The kitchen features wooden doors and all modern amenities. » Location
The apartment is situated in central Nice, not far from the famous Hotel Negresco on the Promenade des Anglais. It is in a quiet street, close to the pedestrian street, with restaurants and shops. It also close to the beach and about 15 mins walk from the Old Town. From Nice airport, it is about 15 minutes by bus or taxi. The bus stop is only a minute away. The buses will also take you along the French coast. With train, you reach Italy in about 1,5 hours
