Le Petit Prince is situated in a residential area on the hill climbing up to the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes. Here, the houses are embedded in lush gardens and no house looks like the other. Just outside in the street you can catch the free shuttle that every 15 minutes goes to the top of the village. Or you can walk up the steep hill yourself, through winding little pebbled alleys and stairs. It shouldn´t take you more than 5 minutes. In less than 5 minutes, you will reach all the shops, banks etc in Cagnes sur Mer, at the foot of the hill. Here you will also find one of the best Provencal markets on the Côte d´Azur.
Le Petit Prince is a recently renovated and air conditioned villa and a guesthouse in Provencal style. It sits in a closed-in landscaped garden, with a tiled terrace. The beautiful bougainvillea will fight the mandarine tree for your attention. The main house has a well equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a living-room with a satellite-TV and an open fireplace. The bedroom has two 90-cm beds that can be used separately or as a double bed. The guesthouse, only a few meters across the terrace, has two single beds and a shower/toilet room.

Near the foot of Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 15-20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min by car to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
