Available: May - September Les Doges is a luxury one bedroom apartment in the exclusive gated community Le Lido in Cagnes sur Mer. There is a private swimming pool, but it is also very close to the beaches of Cros de Cagnes. Within a couple of minutes walking distance is the yachting marina of St Laurent du Var, with many restaurants and a lively night life. Also, the casino of Cagnes sur Mer is more or less on your door-step.
Communications are excellent: the airport is 5 minutes away, the main road Nice-Antibes passes by the entrance of the domaine. There are shops, markets, grocery stores as well as banks, the post office etc.
This ground floor apartment has a front and a back terrace. Beyond the front terrace are the lawns and gardens leading to the swimming pool. The living room, with floor to ceiling sliding doors, features a very comfortable and easy-to-handle sofa bed, and white leather armchairs in front of the TV. An extendable dining table sits next to the kitchen. The living-room looks out onto the partly covered front terrace, with a wooden dining table and sunbeds. The bedroom, on the other side of the building, opens onto the back garden. It offers a comfortable doublebed, and ample storage space. The kitchen and the bathroom (half bath in the hallway) are modern and well equipped.
A parking place right outside the apartment is allocated for it´s guests.
» Location
In Cagnes sur Mer, close to the beach and the sea road. Only 5 minutes from Nice airport, 10 min from the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes, 15 minutes from Nice and Antibes, 20 min from Cannes, 30 min from Grasse and Italy. A great number of golf courses are within 30 min drive. Skiing is only 1,5 hours away.
