Available for rent: All seasons Le Petit Artiste is an independant apartment with a separate entrance in Villa Artiste. It is situated on Pain de Sucre, a hill top next to the village of Haut de Cagnes.
The villa has a large swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean and the castle of Haut de Cagnes. Access to the pool is granted for guests in the apartment, as well as in the villa itself. Outside the apartment there is a private, sheltered garden space with a dining table. This is a lovely place to see the sun set over the Provencal mountains!
Le Petit Artiste has a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower). The combined living- and dining room has a sofa bed for 2, a dining table and a TV. French doors open onto the small garden/terrace. Guest toilet. The elegant kitchen, alson opening onto the terrace, is fully equipped with modern amenities.

On a hill next to Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between
Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the
beach. 5 min to grocery store. 15 min walk to banks and
post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min to St Paul de Vence and the
medieval city of Vence. 20 min by car to Nice, Cannes and Antibes.
30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min
drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
