Le Palmier is a lovely and very comfortable village house, with a magnificent seaview from both the terrace and all the rooms. There is also a small garden, a few steps down from the terrace. A giant palm tree and an orange tree dominate the outdoors area. On the ground floor of the house, there is a combined living- and dining-room, equipped with a wood burning stove for those cosy winter nights. Satellite TV and a Bose radio/CD player, as well as a wireless internet connection offer international entertainment. The master bedroom, with a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom, has glass doors opening to the terrace. The well equipped kitchen in Provencal style is a wonderful place to cook. On the second floor, there are two smaller bedrooms, a library/music/TV-room, and a bathroom with the famous handmade tiles from Salernes. One of the bedrooms have two single beds that can be put to together to form a queen size bed. The other room, although small, can sleep two in separate beds. The sofa in the TV-room is convertible and could accomodate an additional two people.

In Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
