Available for rent: All seasons Villa Amy is a neo-provencal villa with a pool, in a residential area just outside of Grasse. This is an area with beautiful, sloping hills, calm and relaxing. Perfect for golfers - 15-20 golf courses are within 30 minutes by car.
The architecture is modern, the furnishing a mix between the classic and the modern. The open kitchen is bright and sunny. Two leather sofas form a cosy group in a corner of the living-room, close to the open fire-place and the TV. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor and two of the three bedrooms. Each bedroom has two 90-cm beds. There is one full bathroom on the upper floor, and one on the ground floor next to the third bedroom.
There are two parking places on the property. A pool man and a gardener visit regularly.

In a calm residential area just outside Grasse. Surrounded by old farm
houses, villas and wine producers. 5 min by car to the centre of
Grasse. 15 min to the medieval hilltop village of Gourdon. 20 min to
the beach. 25 min to Nice Airport. Very close to several golf
courses and hiking in the mountains. 2 hours to skiing.
